These terms cover your use of TotBridge, an app for daycares to record and share information about the children in their care. By creating an account or using TotBridge, you agree to these terms.
TotBridge accounts are for adults only — a daycare's director, supervisors, and teachers, and the parents/guardians they invite. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. Accounts are created by a daycare directly or by accepting an invitation from one; TotBridge is not open for the general public to sign up for on their own.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything done through your account. Please provide accurate information and let your daycare know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
TotBridge is meant for legitimate daycare communication and recordkeeping only. You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the photos, notes, and messages you post. By posting them, you give TotBridge permission to store and display that content within the app to the people it's meant for (your daycare's own staff and the relevant child's family) — nothing more.
A daycare (through its director/supervisors) is responsible for the accuracy of the records it keeps in TotBridge and for complying with whatever licensing, health, and recordkeeping laws apply to its own business. TotBridge is a tool for keeping those records — it doesn't replace a daycare's own legal or licensing obligations.
You may permanently delete your own account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. A daycare's other staff, families, and business records are not affected by one person deleting their own account.
A daycare's director/supervisor may remove a staff member's or family's access to their own daycare's account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access to the app for anyone who violates these terms.
TotBridge is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep the app reliable and secure, we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TotBridge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the claim.
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
