Good to know

Who is TotBridge for?

Home daycare owners and child care centres — plus the teachers and families who are part of them. Home-based mode keeps the app simple, hiding the tools only a larger centre needs.

Is my child's information private?

Yes. Only people the daycare invites can see a child's information, billing and sensitive records are limited to the director, and photos are blocked for children whose family hasn't given consent. There are no ads, we never sell your data, and children's photos are never used to train artificial-intelligence systems. Read our privacy promises.

Does it work on my phone and my laptop?

Parents and teachers use the iPhone and Android apps. Directors also get the Director Console on any laptop or computer browser, synced live with the app.

What is Daycare Simulator?

Two ways to play, free. “Learn the app by playing” gives you twelve missions in a pretend daycare, like checking a child in or recording a payment, so you learn TotBridge by using it. “Daycare Simulator” is a career game: you build your own 3D character, start as the assistant, earn a one-year contract with $250,000, and then a $500,000 daycare of your own where you design the floor plan, hire a team and set the fees. Do well and you are promoted to run a group of locations from head office, and in time to a seat on the board. You make a free player card, your games are kept, you earn titles, and you rank against other players, including a weekly challenge where everyone plays the same game. Play now.

Can I try it before I put real families in?

Yes. Practice mode fills your daycare with pretend children, attendance, notes and payments so you can press every button. No parent ever sees them, and one tap clears them when you are ready for real families.

I don't have a daycare yet. Can I still use it?

Yes. Choose “Just exploring” when you sign up. You get the whole app with pretend children, free for 5 months and then $0.99 a month, so you can see what running a daycare really involves.

How much does it cost?

$0.99 per enrolled child per month, and the first 5 months are free. Parents and teachers never pay, and every feature is included.

Where is our data stored?

Children's records, messages, photos and videos are stored in Montréal, Canada.

When can I get it?
